Eleanor Kuhns is the 2011 winner of the MWA/Mystery contest for mystery writers. Since A Simple Murder won, Eleanor has written ten more in the series, ending with Murder, Sweet Murder. She has begun writing a new series set in Bronze Age Crete. The first title in this series is In the Shadow of the Bull; the second in the series will be released in January 2024.
A lifelong librarian, Eleanor transitioned to full time writer in April 2019. She lives in Dutchess County, New York, with her husband and her dog.
